Interpersonal Communication
(You are also in the right place for Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving.)
We have a long history of working to enhance skills and habits of mind for interpersonal effectiveness, confident communication and constructive relationships. To develop your own practices, we offer two forms of support, based on our acclaimed Hear and Be Heard programme:
a) A comprehensive self-appraisal process and collection of resource papers, available for $US45.
b) The collection of resource documents alone, for $US30.
Both include comprehensive treatments of conflict resolution and problem-solving competencies.
A: Self-Appraisal Process & Resources - Three Steps
NB: This option is not available if you elect to purchase the resources only (Option B).
- On registration and payment ($US45 by secure PayPal) you receive a set of papers to complete and return.
- We respond with resource documents to help you analyse your responses and establish important reference-points for planning self-development.
- You gain full access to a comprehensive range of guides and other material to inform, plan and monitor your progress.
The process is revealing and diagnostic, pinpointing strengths and areas for immediate and longer-term development. Clients report that they find it helpfully challenging, remedial and confidence-boosting.
